3. Delivery Schedule: Customers are required to select a delivery schedule at the time of placing an order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery location during the chosen time slot.

4. Delivery Personnel and Receiving Orders: Our delivery personnel will make every effort to deliver your order within the agreed-upon time frame. If no one is available to receive the order at the specified location, the customer must provide a secure placeholder where the food packet can be safely dropped. We do not take any responsibility of missing deliveries. Customer will receive a screenshot of the delivery placed at the customer's door.

5. Storage and Refrigeration: Our products are free from preservatives and are meant to be stored in a refrigerator. We do not take any liability for the quality of the food if it is left at room temperature for an extended period. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper storage of the delivered products.

6. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to orders must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Changes or cancellations made after this time may be subject to a fee or may not be accommodated.

7. Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality products, and we stand by the freshness and quality of our ready-to-cook breakfast items. If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please contact our customer service team promptly.
